Mr William Vivian (Founding Director)

William Vivian has been a Director and Shareholder at Regenesys since 2001. In 1996, William worked at Wits University as a researcher and from 1997 – 2000, he worked as a Director in Government. He has two Masters Degrees, in management from Wits University and Clinical Psychology from MEDUNSA. William is currently completing his PhD at the University of Pretoria. At Regenesys, he has held various executive positions in the areas of education and training, research, marketing, and quality management, including the position of CEO in 2009 and 2010.

William has been instrumental in business development; creating strategic relationships with existing and new clients; monitoring quality academic delivery; facilitating learning programmes; mentoring new academics; working on strategic consulting projects and shaping the strategic direction of Regenesys. Because he has excellent facilitation skills and has a thorough understanding of the public sector, he is able to establish strong relationships with new and existing clients in Government, who want Regenesys to provide continuous training and education services for their departments.
