Dr-Marko-Saravanja (Chairperson)

Marko has over 15 years of experience in management and leadership development, education and training. Marko was a monk when he came to South Africa in 1991.  Between 1996 – 1998, he worked at Wits University as a programme manager and lecturer. In 1999, Marko started Regenesys together with Penny Law. He was the CEO of Regenesys up until 2009. Since then he has been Chairperson of the Board of Directors. He has a Master of Management degree from Wits University and PhD in Performance Management from the University of the Western Cape. Marko has published a book called Secrets of Success. His latest interests include stock market investments and flying helicopters.

Marko has to a large extent driven the vision of Regenesys and developed the strategies and systems that have grown Regenesys from its infancy to presently making a positive impact in leadership and education management training and development in South Africa, and soon globally. Marko has successfully established a firm foundation to actualise Regenesys’ vision, by for example, conceptualising the e-learning initiative; driving the sales and marketing strategies; creating business development opportunities; establishing international and local strategic partnerships; developing a strong brand for Regenesys through the Secret of Success book that he authored; developing sound operational systems and processes; and establishing a strong management team who are able to take Regenesys to the next level.
