Mr Donald is a Senior Lecturer at Regenesys. At Regenesys, Donald performs key education, training and research activities. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Management and a Bachelors Degree in Education from the University of Potchefstroom.

Donald served as a School Principal for Mpumalanga Department of Education prior to joining Regenesys in 2007.
