Programme Overview

The Supervision Course will equip you with the necessary skills to ensure that staff carry out what they are supposed to do economically, efficiently and effectively. The supervision of human resources is possibly one of the most challenging aspects of managing an organisation.   This course focuses on the dynamic responsibilities of supervisors whose primary concern is the enabling and monitoring of staff to achieve organisational cohesion.
