The Regenesys Wellness Centre forms part of our commitment to offer a holistic education with heart
and soul.

The Centre is designed to help you to attain and maintain physical fitness, mental strength, emotional
balance and spiritual well-being. To that end, we have a gym on the First Floor to keep you fit, energized
and strong.

Our other offerings include classes of yoga, meditation, healthy diet and inspirational teaching classes.

Yoga

Our yoga classes are Tuesdays (4:30 – 5:30pm)

Yoga is an increasingly popular exercise all over the world. The American Cancer Society says that
research on the effects of yoga has shown practitioners to experience improved physical fitness, lower
levels of stress, and increased feelings of relaxation and well-being.

Our meditation classes are Thursdays (4:30 – 5:30pm)

Meditation or the practice of mental concentration has been shown to improve memory, lower blood
pressure, create feelings of well-being, and connects us to the vast reservoir of untapped mental
potential.

We have combined Yoga/Meditation classes on Wednesdays from 6-8pm.

Our Healthy Eating Classes are Mondays (4:30 – 5:30pm)

According to the World Health Organization one of the 4 causes for “Lifestyle diseases” today is
unhealthy dietary choices. Our Healthy Eating Classes will help you to discover areas where you may
improve your diet to achieve optimal functioning of your body and mind. We help you to develop a
personal eating plan so that you can still enjoy the foods you love while ensuring you get all the nutrition
and vitamins your body needs. Some of the classes are practicals, so you can actually sample some of
the nutritious, delicious food that will keep you fit and mentally focused.

foodOur Inspirational Teaching Classes are Wednesdays (4:30 – 5:30pm)

We have Inspirational Teaching Classes that include: Managing Stress, Accessing Your Higher Purpose
and Work-Life Balance. Personal consultations can also be arranged by appointment.

All classes are in the Wellness Centre, Room 9, First Floor. For notification of the classes kindly consult
the monitor at the Reception Desk and the poster at the ground floor lift.

No previous experience is necessary for these classes, which are especially designed for beginners. They
are free and open to all Regenesys students and staff.

So invest in yourself and increase your productivity, attitude, mental sharpness and health.
