Regensys’ Second Authentic Leadership Dialogue Circle was held on Thursday, 24 July at 5:30pm. The circle is growing as more and more people recognise the value of a relaxed and engaging forum to discuss the dynamic nature of managing with meaning in the challenging South African context.
Participants were inspired to dig deep into questions of staff motivation, aligning staff purpose with organisational purpose, and the role of authentic leadership in contexts where staff are present in body but not in mind and attitude. The fun and stimulation of the evening ended with excitement about forthcoming sessions.
