Programme Overview
The Meeting Management course provides the private and development sector with a framework of identifying ways to make meetings more productive. Meetings are an indispensable part of any organisation’s structure. The growing complexity of decision-making caused partly by the diffusion of responsibilities and knowledge within organizations means that often decisions can only be taken effectively by groups of people coming together to pool their knowledge and expertise. If meetings are ineffective it can mean that a vital aspect of organisational structure is failing.
