Policy Development and Management

Programme Overview

The Policy Development and Management course firstly explores various policy models and then focuses on steps of the policy management cycle: policy analysis, development, implementation and monitoring and evaluation. The course encompasses policy management success and failure factors and the development and writing of organisational policies.

  • Monitor and evaluate policies
  • Apply policy processes in their own work environment
