The processes covered include planning and preparing for facilitation, advanced facilitation skills and the evaluation of interventions.
Learning Outcomes
- Demonstrate an understanding of outcomes based learning where learners draw from and share their own experiences as well work out an apply context specific knowledge;
- Analyse learners and stakeholder needs to reveal key elements of learning required;
- Differentiate between different learning styles and how these may be accommodated;
- Co-ordinate resources, locations and personnel to suit intended delivery;
- Use a range of learning materials to stimulate interactive and developmental learning;
- Use questioning techniques to promote learner involvement;
- Create and monitor shared understanding of expectations and intended outcomes;
- Review own facilitation to improve future interventions.
